The pistocchio is a poem of pleasure; to be consumed lap after lap during the day or in the evening after dinner to recharge the spirit. Made with the best white chocolate from the Ivory Coast and piastacchio from Etna (Bronte). The system of the girolle allows to obtain thin sheets that miraculously melt in the palate. The pistocchio is supplied complete with a wooden and steel girolla with a practical Plexiglas cover in order to better store it in a cool and dry place. It is composed of 1,250 Kg of pistachio chocolate and 200g of melted chocolate which is used to enhance its stability. For optimal use of the swivel system, just turn the mechanism gently by applying light pressure. It is not necessary to keep it in the fridge, it should not be exposed to heat sources. It keeps well at room temperature (20 ° C).
